Family class sponsorship - PR approved but have not received PR portal credentials

Hello,

We applied for spousal sponsorship and PA is currently in Canada. Consultant received an email stating PR is approved and IRCC wants to know presence of PA inside Canada. It has been over 4 days and we have not received PR portal login credentials.
IRCC is having these emails on file - abc@gmail (personal), pqrs@gmail.com (consultant), xyz@gmail.com (consultant)

Timeline-
July 10- consultant received email from IRCC (IRCC.ClientPortalEast-EstClientPortail.IRCC) their inbox (xys@gmail.com) that PR is approved and PA has to reply to the email from personal email confirming their presence inside Canada within 7 days.
July 16 - replied from email address (123@gmail.com) different from those on file [abc@gmail (personal), pqrs@gmail.com (consultant), xyz@gmail.com (consultant)] confirming presence of PA inside Canada. Received confirmation from IRCC that information has been received.
July 17 - replied from email address abc@gmail (personal) confirming presence of PA inside Canada. Received confirmation from IRCC that information has been received.

We send webform and called call center multiple times, but we don't know what to do. Can you please help.
