Its 348, I havent received any nomination, job offer or anything. Its all based on education, language test and job experience.
You will not get a ITA as you want to around 490 (another 140 points). Learn French, max IELTS. What is your NOC?

Hi, Can I apply for my Canadian PR under the ONIP: Human Capital Stream, if i have only a 3 year advanced diploma certificate? is that equivalent to bachelors? My advanced diploma was a 3 year course. Kindly help with the question. Thanks in advance!!

I didn't do an ECA assessment as I have completed my education in Canada, and it says ECA is only required for foreign education. So do I still need to do an ECA assessment for a Canadian credential?

So your Canadian 3 diploma is not a degree then. If you went to university for a bachelor’s degree then it is counted. If at at college, and you got an advanced diploma then that is not a bachelor’s. OINP HCP states bachelor, Master or PhD.

Ask further questions on the PNP section as there are many threads on OINP HCP

I have mentioned my IELTS score with you, how much more do you think will help in achieving the above score, and also for French as well.

Use the CRS calculator and see how much more you will increase your score if you max out IELTS. For French, you want to attain B2 - Intermediate/advanced so you need to start immersing yourself in the language. Beginner/basic French is not enough.

Help needed!!!!

Is the Procedural Fairness letter issued by the Case Analyst or by the Senior Visa Officer during their check of eligibility?

Hey everyone, I have a tricky situation: my wife (main applicant) had a job at a company that legally doesn't exist anymore. They've changed a few legal entities now, but the team is the same, operations are the same, and effectively it's the same company but the legal name and the credentials are different. So they won't be able to provide a ref letter from the old legal entity but can do it from the new one. what's the best way to approach this? Should we ask them to make a note in the letter itself or ask for some additional document or just write all of this in the LOE? Thanks!

Let's say your wife's company's new name is ABC LLC, old name was XYZ LLC. The new letter should be from ABC LLC, but the letter wherever it mentions ABC LLC should say "ABC LLC(previously XYZ LLC).
