If you have done your education outside Canada, you should get your Educational Credentials Assessment or ECA. The ECA proves that your educational qualifications are equal to those recognized in the Canadian educational system.
Your WES ECA is valid for five years from the date of issue, and you can continue using your ECA when you submit a new Express Entry profile.

No one needs to go to the Y-axis web site. They should be relying on the official Canadian government IRCC web site here: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...ces/immigrate-canada/express-entry/works.html

Y-axis has a bad reputation here. Too many people here have been scammed by them and paid a lot of money for visas they didn't get.

It's better to apply on your own.

There is no assessment but you need to select a primary NOC which is I portant for PNP programs. Also Express Entry draws may start selecting in demand NOCs.

In the CRS calculation, Is work experience points only for 3 years of experience?

If the scoring issue is only for 3 years of work experience and no more points, should I provide 10 years of my experience?

But if it is considered elsewhere or it is necessary to enter, I will enter, especially considering that in this 10 years, several NOC will be considered as my work experience.

For eligibility score (min. 67) you get points for up to 10 years. For CRS, you get points up to 3 years. Your primary NOC is the NOC considered for Express Entry.

Not agreed with you, yes Canadian government site is the best to follow, I always do a lot of research from all the sites, and I suggest not to judge the book by its cover. No one is perfect here. be positive...

We are all extremely positive here!

Extremely positive that no help from consultants are needed to apply for PR and extremely positive that we can do it ourselves. The vast majority of people here have applied on their own without the need for a consultant.

Quick question, so i am about to create an express entry profile soon, I have completed one year experiences as a technical support representative at noc b position and I have employment letter stating the same, but once I got employment letter from the company I was laid off due to seasonal reduction in staff , I have been unemployed since almost a month but got a new job starting at same position in June 1st week.
Question - will my one month employment play any negative role in my express entry profile?

No, it won't. It's not an issue.

Hi everyone,
I have one concern on eligibility of 67 points/Adaptability:
- I finished 2 separate 1 year /full time program in same college--> is it eligible to earn 5 points for Adaptability/spouse 's study in Canada?. I got PGWP 3 years after I combined into 2 years of studying in Canada.

on website, it shows at least 2 academic years of full time study (in a program at least 2 years long) as below--> it makes me so confusing for that .

Your spouse or common-law partner completed at least 2 academic years of full-time study (in a program at least 2 years long) at a secondary or post-secondary school in Canada.

Full-time study means at least 15 hours of classes per week, and your spouse or partner must have stayed in good academic standing (as set out by the school) during that time.

Hi I’m trying for pR and my crs is low. My friend told me if I can get a job offer letter it will boost my score, also I heard there are many consultancy agencies which sell LMIA approved job offer letter for somewhat around CAD 10,000. Is it risky to buy a one like that? Pls help need advice

The answer is no for the 2 years of studying in Canada. You have to take a single program that is at least 2 years long. You can't add two one year programs together.

These are scams. You'll end up with no money and no job.

Thank you very much @scylla my friend just got provincial nomination with the job offer he bought. But I doubt after going through the process will he fall into trouble from authorities. Is it illegal to buy job offer letters

He may very well find he has a refusal and a 5 year ban from Canada by the time they fully process his application.
