Hi guys
Finally after 8 unsuccessful attempts I achieved desired score i.e. LRWS 8.5,9,7,7. But I have a doubt I worked in an MNC company for five years (2011-2016) n left job in May 2016 because of family issues. At present I m unemployed only my husband is working, but he also somehow missed CLB 9 everytime
In this whole scenario can I become the prime applicant now as my CRS is now 469 I am just in confusion whether my last two years of unemployment would create any problem in future
Please guide me

Anyone has any ideas about 440 CRS score ..is it a good enough score to have a chance of getting ITA ?

Hello everyone, can someone help me with this problem? I am planning to apply as married with non-accompanying spouse. We are not in good terms right now and she is not so cooperative. I can convince her to do medicals and PCC but currently she does not have a valid passport. Does anyone know if she still needs to submit her passport for post ITA application?

Hello guys.. need some expert advice here reg. POF..
I have a Reccuring Deposit A/c with bank that I opened in October 2017 with initial deposit of Rs 100000 (from my father's A/c) , thereafter 10000 pm from my salary a/c, which makes present balance around 2 lakhs and increasing. Now I opened a Fixed Deposit a/c with bank in April, 2018 for Rs. 5lakh transfered from my father's a/c.
Now if I'm expecting ITA in June end or July start, Will a letter from bank detailing these two a/cs + my salary a/c (avg bal. Rs.10000) be suffcient as POF?
Do I need gift deed in this case?
Please advise. Thanks.

You are mixing two things here. Not showing/showing work experience is purely for the purpose of claiming points, you can show her employement details in personal history and say she has been working. It is just that if you dont show under work details under work history you avoid unnecesaary documentation. You dont need to hide she has been working so there is no question of conflict.

Business trips need to be mentioned only under travel history. Address history should be your residential address as your mail correspondence gets here. Nothing to be mentioned about this in the personal history.

(1) So then, Do I need gift deed for initial deposit of Rs. 1 lac into RD a/c from my father's a/c , that was done back in Oct, 2017 or as it is more than 6 months old, no gift deed is required?
(2) One more thing, does gift deed need to be of same date as of transfer of amt. Or it can be done on any date after transfer is done?

Can't sleep tonight. Hello guys, I have also confused on how to create EE account. Please help.
I am PhD student and working 6 hrs per day in a firm within Canada (irrelevant with my study, NOC B type, on a valid open work permit) and studying/researching at night or over the weekend in the meantime. Can I still be eligible to apply for PR under CEC?
(I am holding the post-graduate work permit and study permit at the same time. )

-If no, how to apply for permanent residence? Via FSW?

-If yes, how to file Entry Express to create an account under CEC?
