Can persons living in Canada with SOWP and PGWP be eligible for 50 points for job offer? Any response?

Sir after entering the pool do we need to get the job from there job bank only or we can get it from any other source like from other job portal/ websites etc

Thank you Raj for your response. I calculate my points from CRS and got this result. Is it ok or should I get more points to get ITA. Moreover, What I can do to get more points.

381 is not a competitive score. Per the current trend, you need at least a CRS of 470 or more to receive ITA. You can try to improve your IELTS score and get a CLB-9 (8777 LRWS). This will boost your CRS by a lot.

You can also try to secure a Provincial Nomination. This will award you 600 more points and would practically guarantee you an ITA.

Having relatives who are PRs or citizens gains you 5 points in the eligibility criteria; it does not contribute to your CRS.

This question is specially for RAJ and other senior members.

I have few work permit refusal in past and for that reason i need to come back to my home country and its been a year now here in my home country.
now i m ready with my PR application. This time i make my wife as primary applicant. and i m her dependent. There is only one question bother in my mind that those previous refusals, would that make any problem in my future PR application? so worried about this.
