Since I graduated from school and I was given a three year PGWP. I worked at Starbucks as a shift supervisor from February 1, 2017 until March 2020.
1) However, I was working part time until December 2018 and full time from Mid December 2018 to March 2020, BUT I was away for like 3months but I was still on paid vacation as part time and sometimes full time.
2) March 9 2020 to April 24 2020 I worked at a different company full time, but I was permanently laid off due to COVID-19.
3) I'll be fortunately able to re-work at Starbucks for more hours in order to apply for PR, BUT I won't be able to be working at all from April 27 to May 10 (which is also a 2weeks break).
I was told that I'd have to start over for one year experience if I have a break longer than 2weeks, so I need an answer whether or not I'm eligible to apply for PR based on Starbucks Experience (NOC 6311-B) or I need to restart it over. Please Help!
