What is a better option for me with my score and experience? Learning french or applying for a provincial nominee program under the Human Capital

So I work as a lawyer. So I was called to the bar in June 2024 of last year. I have been working since December 1st 2024 til now (I was offered the job in November 2024). I completed a Bachelors of arts at Uoft from 2016-2020 and then graduated with a JD from UOFT faculty of law from 2020-2023. I did work as a summer student for 3 months in 2022 and 8 months as an articling student from September 2023-May 2024. My Celpip score is 11, 11, 12, 12. I am unmarried and never have been married before. My current score is 444
