I'm not sure because a friend ordered for me. I suppose you would receive a payment receipt after you make payment.

This is the first time I've seen that the Background check has been changed to "In Progress". This happened just this morning.

I'm checking my status right now but it says,

"Application status is currently unavailable. Please try again later."

I guess the server is down, or something.

I'm planning to order it today. I have all the details of a friend (PR Canada). I'll furnish all the required details along with the consent form. Will pay from my card itself. Is that fine?
And I don't have UCI yet, which is an optional field I believe. So, application number would do, right?

Yea, I suppose you can do that and yes, UCI is optional.
