Raj we left with very few days now. I think I should take her on wheel chair to the clinic, I am only worried about the medical results that the fracture should not become the reason of rejection

I'm sorry about your wife. Henceforth, please post your questions on the relevant thread.. This is for everyone. This thread is for November applicants and if you guys keep posting your general questions here, it is going to get even harder to find information on November applicants. So, kindly don't do that.

Bone fractures, AFAIK, is not a medical inadmissibility ground. Just wait it out - let her get better and then you can go back to the clinic for the tests.

All the best.

That is up to you. You can talk to your wife and if she is okay, then you can go to the hospital and get the tests done.

Also, get your PCC soon. Depending on when you renewed your PP and/or if the address on the PP is the same as your current address or not, it might take a few weeks to get the PCC.

EDIT: In fact, I would suggest you to get the PCC done first and once you are done with that, you can go for your medicals. This is because it makes sense for outland applicants to go for meds as late as possible because the date you have to land in Canada is usually the date your medicals expire. Getting the meds done very close to the date of e-APR submission would provide you with relatively more time to land after you get your visa.
