I have one small question.

Are we getting email of background state change?

I was reading post and couple of people wrote that background check should change with medical passed and after fews days of medical passed.

I was on vacation for a month that's why I am not too sure about background check changes as I only got one email when my medical get passed.

My current status of background check is "no needed at this time"

Thanks.

Some applicants receive an email( generally 24 hours after the status changes), others don't :'(, so you must check your CIC account regularly

Well, technically, there is no "norm". The BG progresses differently for different people (based on the visa office and country of residence). Once you hit 2.5/3 months post AOR, you can order GCMS notes to check what is going on with your application.
So can i celebrate that i have at least passed the completeness check (and eligibility review, not sure).

First, relax. Tell me what you see on your medical test report? Do you see 501, 502, 707 and 712 tests done? Secondly, you should clearly tell them you are there for Express Entry - Upfront medical exam (Hospital does medicals for a lot of streams and they do not necessarily have to understand the process of every stream available out there). Finally, as long as the required medical tests have been done (501,502,707 and 712) you should be good to go IMO. The Non-EDE/EDE category doesn't really matter (Ideally it does but apparently IRCC ignores this as long as the required tests are completed).
All of the tests are done. They (medical center) put the Upfront medical status as "Visitor", which should be worker as they explain me. When I talked with CIC agent, she told me that my medical status shows to them as "Temporary Available"!!! But my family members medical results are available. She said me that I am still OK about that unless they ask me to do it again!!! I already applied for BOWP for which I am little bit worried as I need that to get a new job and to stay in Canada. Until I get any message from CIC, it makes me tensed. They should asked me for the Japan's PCC (which I might need to send them by post mail, I just scanned the enclosed envelop and asked them what I should do with that).

From the 10 PPRs for FSW - 3 NDVO, 3 LVO, 1 HKVO, 1 PVO, 2 Unknown (chunka-tuna and rebelhero)

Min days: 30, Max days: 70 and Average 47 days.

Does anyone know which is PVO? Paris?

Thanks for the analysis!

I have visited Saudi Arabia, but did not get any translation request for visa stamp. My Saudi visitor visa is in English as well as Arabic, so i don't think they will require translation.

Have you got any translation request?

Thank you Raj! Wish you a speedy PPR, too! You're doing a great job here on the forum!

Raj,

Out of curiosity, have you ordered your GCMS notes? And in your opinion is there any point in ordering them before the 2.5 month mark?
