It wont be a problem since your ECA has a record of these details.
Yes it is mandatory to have your ECA report number as well as your IELTS Test Report Form number prior to creating your Express Entry Profile
Great. If all goes well it would take 5 to 6 months time. Applicants from December AOR are taking time to receive their MEPs though. Almost 6 weeks to receive an update.
It's a matter of patience. Judging by your AOR date you should expect your 1st update (MEP)by the 3rd week of February along with the Biometrics Request Letter. All the best!!!

What kind of proof is required if you state you worked at company A for a certain time period. How can we obtain this proof from companies we have already left, efc.
Will a letter from the company do, or do we need to show pay stubs and bank statements. Does the letter need to have a specific date or addressed to someone? Sorry, for the broad questions, and thanks in advance!

Ideally for your previous employers an appointment letter, service letter and 3 to 6 months of payslips would be sufficientThanks for the quick responses, everyone

Try to get the documents when you are about to submit the documents (ideally after reaching ITA)
Address it to: The Case Processing Officer, Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)
