Need advice Guys..

Is it possible to apply for 2 work permit extension?
I'm planning to apply BOWP with my EE Aor and my employer want to apply regular wp extension just to buy time..

I'm in the same situation. When my CEC application came back in february because of the cap, my employer contacted a lawyer to start the LMIA and WP extension process, but since LMIA takes some time, I also decided to start my EE profile and application. The LMIA application and WP extension were submitted via post a couple of days before the expiration of my current WP. Since there is a risk involved in the LMIA (not guaranteed it will be approved) I wanted to keep multiple chances. I asked the lawyer if it possible to also apply for the BOWP at the same time as the WP extension. They clearly said it is no problem at all to have multiple WP applications. The only issue they saw is that the BOWP application was not sure if it would be approved since there were different opinions. But since I didn't want to rely only on the LMIA based application, I decided to go ahead with the BOWP. I should get some feedback in about 1 month for this.
I'm a bit hoping that there might be positive feedback on my PR and maybe I can cancel my BOWP...

A offer (LMO/LMIA) which is 1 year continuous is a PERMANENT OFFER (unless its in skilled category). you are safe bro.

Unfortunately, my longest contract is 7 months with LMO/LMIA...

Myself and Krishna19 (with EE file number) applied online on March 9th and we both got ours approved on May 06, 2015. So, it might take 3-4 weeks for you to get.

I guess they are trying to handle the backlog of applications so far and allow for the time given to recent ITA recipients to expire before issuing new ITAs. I noticed that at tge moment, they are only issuing PPRs to those who received ITAs in the first 4 draws. They haven't issued a PPR to anybody who received ITA on March 20 and after.
