Hi All, I applied for my mothers supervisa in Dec 2025. We have received biometrics request next day but we didnt get any email, so we never checked the portal. The biometrics deadline has expired. Raised a webform for extension. Havent heard back from IRCC. Can we give biometrics with expired letter? What else can I do to make sure application is not refused? If anyone have a similar experience. Please share
