I applied for my parents for Supervisa application in March 25. They were in Kuwait back then. They filed their fingerprints in April 2025, additional documents were requested from my dad in April 2025.
Since then no update whatsoever, I inquired through webform in Apr 2026; no response. I then applied for ATIP in July 2026 and I didnt receive it since then. Then I contacted my MP and he informed me that the application has been deemed non routine and a security assessment is still ongoing by third party and hasnt been complete yet. He said there is nothing can be done till the assessment is complete
I know this is beyond the normal timeframe for processing, has anyone else been through a similar case and any idea how long this can take. Open to any advice?
