Hello everyone,

I have dilemma about work experience. I came here on student visa and at that time I didn't show my 1 year work experience in my native country. Now, for EE I would like to use that experience to gain more points. How can I do that and what are the proofs I will need for that?

Thank you!

Hard to know what to say...

CIC has your study permit application on file and it's quite possible they may review this information while processing your immigration application. If they do, they may think you have faked this work experience to gain points under Express Entry - which could put you at risk for misrepresentation.

Again, hard to say what you should do.

This is why it's a bad idea to lie in applications - it often creates problems later.
