Excluded child

Hi Guys,

I have a quick question..has anyone ever excluded a child from an application? If so did you get your PR?

It seems to me as a funny question.
A child ( or who ever it may be as family member) is to be included in the application to get admitted to Canada as PR.

My husband has children from previous marriage(who are his dependent, but not coming with him to Canada) and we were not able to get any info about them (copies of passport, passport photos, medicals were not done). So he filled this form in (http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/part-3-for-country-specific-instrucions-t45038.0.html) and notarized it and we included in our application.

well, we still waiting for the decision....
