There is no easy or fast path to do this.
Most likely you will need to forget about visiting Canada for a few years. You should work on establishing strong ties to the country where you are living while you wait such as property ownership, employment, savings.
If you want to try to do something now, hire a Canadian lawyer to help you. Your situation is problematic and not straight forward. You visited you home country which you should not have done. You obtained a travel document from your home country which you should not have done. And you left Canada without obtaining an RTD which you again should not have done.
plus few days ago i received a second email after the first one which was instant... this second email came week later saying my application is still being reived and ill be contacted for more info or final decision...so im super confused
