Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hello everyone.. its been a while since I last visit here. This forum help me alot with my application before.. its almost a year now since I arrive in Canada. But sad to say that my employer is not willing to support any of his staff with our application for pnp. What should we do with this problem. Were like a group of 14 working for a fast food restaurant and hes reason for not supporting us is that he said he helped most of his employees before and none of them even waive their hands goodbye after getting their residence. But were certain that wasnt the issue at all since he plays dirty games. He terminates people whenever he gets new one and makes problem for people he dont like. We've been so good with our work and he never gets satisfied. The store has improve in a lot of ways from increase of sale to happy and satisfied customer but none of this seems to satisfy. If we search for a new job the problem is whether we'll get support from our next employer... were all so worried now cause after all the hardwork were still nowhere to go... please help us. Looking forward for your replies. Thanks so much.

If i were you, i would quit this job and look for other opportunities, your employer has no humanity..... Or you and your colleagues start a strike against him!

Most employers do not want to support PNP-mine also refused and also gave me a hell of a time giving me a reference letter for my application but I eventually got one after being refused. I have since left that company and glad that I did. My advice-look for another employer.
