What are you saying? My wife's application was submitted on Nov. 2024 and it got approved last month of 2025. At least try not to scare others by blaming

IRCC has this non-accompanying option for a reason, as long as you are truthful in your application, you're good. Lawyers will never guide for free and nobody is a Lawyer here on this forum, Kindly consult with a proper Lawyer for non accompanyning route.

You can check the "IRCC Online PR Portal updates" group on FB for these kind of applications, legit applications are getting approved even today.
