I am wondering how outdated this EE processing tool is. And if the processing time has changed since then.

Thanks,

Yes the tool it outdated .. can the owner of the sheet update it for us ?

Yes. True the tool seems outdated.
However, the timelines have not changed much I think!! Any expert comments???

I think many people received PPR since November.
It would be great if we could add those timelines to this tool so it would give a better estimate.
It is indeed a great tool, so lets keep it updated. :)

DEAR ALL,

I would like to ask a question > I have submitted my application on Jan 14 2016 but no AOR Received Yet. Also CIC Shows under eligibility that Review is under progress, it also shows that medical has been passed. Any clue as to when I might receive an AOR.

Regards, Aayush

You should have got a mail within a day's time [max.] and your CIC account should show an acknowledgment of receipt [AOR] message. Your file is being worked on is clear from the status change. So, you should have got the AOR

Wow! Thats quick!
You said AOR was 27 nov, did you get your ITA on 27 Nov too then? Was it a nomination or purely on CRS points?
Could you give more detail on how you applied, country, which program and which visa you went for, etc?
Just want to try to see how your stats compare to others, and if its even relevant to my program for example.

Mine is EE FSW, no nomination, just CRS points. I only got AOR in Jan (ITA 27Nov) so still waiting for updates, but if you got PPR from 27 Nov, that might be not long to wait. Then again, sounds like you had a nomination, so I wonder if that makes it quicker?

Hi can somebody please help me on giving me a probable timeline for my app?
Submitted documents for application through an Agent..

EE Score 355 + LMIA score 600= 955
ITA : November 28, 2015
AOR: January 19, 2016
Applications Status: Open
Review of Eligibility: Review in progress
Review of Medical Results: Passed

The rest is not needed at this time..

It would be a total guess... So many different applications, we have no idea of knowing. The best thing you can do is search for AOR threads on the forum, and look at all their tracker spreadsheets. Then make your mind up yourself. But there's no one simple answer.

Well, CIC themselves "hope" for 6 months.

I feel bad for being so blunt, so I'll give you my own hopes below. They are just hopes though!

Now be very careful with what I say next. Roughly, and I mean roughly, checking out some of the spreadsheets on the forum, I personally am going with the idea that most EE FSW applications take 3-5 months (based on very little data, so a big guess!) So to be on the safe side, at a total rough guess, I am going to take the 6 months CIC aim, and add 2 more months. So im hoping for 8 months. But seriously, it could be 12 months or more, who knows :P Just search the forum, there is a thread that details people who have actually been waiting longer than 6 months. So it does happen that its longer.

Thats why I was hesitant to give an answer, as its just so unknown. And this visa stuff is life changing. I would hate to get someone's hopes up for a 3 month turnaround, and then find out that their application took more than 6 months...

But, just keep reading the forum, find out more info, and make your own mind up, just take it all with a pinch of salt :-)

Hope that helped at least a little :-)

thanks..it's somewhat comforting amidst the excruciating stress of having to wait and not certain of how the results would be by just by reading and relating to the posts I see in the forum.
