Education Details: Query on selection of option.

I am filling the express entry profile. I've a lil query. I am a mechanical Engineer but working as a software engineer in IT firm. In education Details section of express entery, what education shall i select. Options which it is showing doens't have any other engineering other than computer. Closest option which i can see is SCIENCE APPLIED or OTHER. Will need some expert help. Pleas advise

I read on other forums, some member has asked similar question and he was advised to select OTHER option. I am getting confused. Can some one please clarify which option has to be selected?

While creating the EE profile did anyone come accross an option to give detrails about WES accrediation?
because as far as I have not seen any questionasking for WES. Is there anyone who has enterd details about WES?
