Spousal level of education in EE

I just recently added my spouse to my EE profile, and I noticed I got kicked out of Federal Skills which I was eligible before adding him and also was not awarded any points for education level and he has a masters which has been vetted through WES in 2023. I only put his Masters and not his Bachelors as its not be vetted by WES. Could that be the issue or am I filling out the application wrongly?

Yes I am. However prior to adding my spouse I was eligible for both CEC and Federal Skilled. When I included him, I’m only eligible for CEC
