Just one envelope but you need to send ecopr with your signature and passport copy, address proof copy and original amendment form.

did you get PR cards? also, my last port of entry is not updated, do you think we need amendment for that?

Not yet..even I am not able to link it with my GCkey account with PR card application number nor with other way.
