Hello,

we got eCoPRs for all family members but only main applicant included in dependants information.
My eCOPR shows “NO” to the question “Have you any dependants other than those listed below?” However, I have additional declared dependants who are not listed in the dependants section of my eCOPR. These dependants were included and declared in permanent residence application and have received their own eCOPRs.

The eCOPR contains a declaration for me to sign certifying that the statements above are true. Since the answer displayed appears factually incorrect, please advise whether I should sign the eCOPR as issued or whether the document/IRCC record needs to be corrected.
Thanks!

IRCC's own instructions say that when you receive your eCOPR, you should check the information, and if there is incorrect information, you should request an amendment. IRCC requires family members to be declared on the PR application, even if they are not accompanying the principal applicant. You sould contact IRCC through the web form/PR portal and report the discrepancy before signing, explaining that situation.
