ECA of Sikkim Manipal University Degree.

Hello..
My question is for people who have got their ECA done through ICAS.
I am about to sign up on ICAS to get the ECA for my SMU De MBA, since, ICAS seems to be the only agency which does positive ECA for SMU.
Question: while going through the section 3 in ICAS registeration page, following details are being asked.
1.primary education details
2. Secondary education details
3. Post secondary education details.
I am just confused on how to complete this section.. what exactly should come under primary , secondary.
Looking for valuable response from someone who has already gone through this process.

Seems IQAS is not doing SMU assessment anymore ... Just got this email today from them .

International Qualifications Assessment Service (IQAS) reviewed your application and cannot proceed with your assessment because:
· Recognition of Sikkim Manipal University’s distance education study centres cannot be verified conclusively. IQAS is therefore canceling the assessment of your distance education credential from Sikkim Manipal University.
Your application has been cancelled and a refund will be issued to you by the original method of payment in the next few weeks.
Decisions with respect to the recognition of credentials are made by IQAS based on extensive research. There will therefore be no further response by our office to a request to reconsider the decision to cancel the assessment of your Sikkim Manipal University distance education credential. We recognize this decision may be disappointing to you, but it cannot be otherwise.
There are several agencies that provide assessments for immigration purposes and you may wish to explore applying to another designated assessment agency.

I had recently talk to smu help desk and the suggest me to go with ICAS as IQAS is not evaluating SMU degree now.
ICES is not evaluating SMU distance education qualifications. check their website, they have clearly mentioned.

- ICES will only evaluate on-campus, regular mode degrees from Sikkim Manipal University.
- ICES is unable to provide assessments for Sikkim Manipal University distance education credentials, due to insufficient and inconclusive information regarding all distance education program. ICES cannot evaluate any distance education programs taken at Sikkim Manipal University prior to the 2016/17 intake. Please do not submit distance mode study prior to this start date.
- ICES requires all graduates and former students of Sikkim Manipal University to requisition official confirmation of their studies. These documents must confirm the dates of study, mode of study, and the award of the final degree. Applicants may also choose to have copies of their academic documents attested by Sikkim Manipal University and then arrange to have them sent directly to ICES.

I sent a mail to SMU desk for the Transcript application form and they replied..
"We would like to inform you that, as of now IQAS are not verifying the transcript and same will be kept on hold, if you are applying through IQAS. The university is in the process of sending representatives to IQAS. Meanwhile, you can evaluate it through ICAS. Note: Please share with us the ICAS application form and number for further procedure"

Today on 17th Feb 2016, I have got my ECA report from ICAS Canada for my MBA from sikkim manipa university. It has taken them six months to render this report. Important shareable experiences and information is:
1. I had email exchanges with ICAS before sending papers where i was told - " Thank you for your enquiry. For postsecondary study completed in India, we will accept only the followingegrees awarded by institutions which were recognized by the UGC at the time of admission, Programs recognized by the AICTE at the time of admission, Qualifications awarded by State Boards of Technical Education. It is your responsibility to determine whether your qualifications fulfill our requirements. If they do, then we can assess them. We strongly suggest that you submit all postsecondary qualifications for assessment, not just your highest qualification, to help us prepare the most meaningful report for your purposes." I had done some research on the recognition of SIKKIM MANIPAL and found out that on june 2012, high court has stated in a decision that "distance education from sikkim maipal should be regarded as recognized. My admission was after this order date in fact was in June 2012 itself.
2. I only sent my masters degree papers. paid the fee for ECA, got the request letter, sent the request letter to university for transcripts to be directly sent to ICAS along with the letter, got all my mark sheets and degree certificate copies attested by a notary (even empty back sides of papers written as "empty") and sent them to ICAS.
3. I kept regular conversation with ICAS via email while waiting, I was told that my papers were received in completeness on 4th august 2015 so that is treated as my start date for waiting of 25weeks. The report was finally received by me (email not hard copy as yet) on 17th Feb 2016.
4. My timeline at ICAS login: *note that 4th august does not reflect in my timeline.
