Hi all

One question

My E-case show that in process medical exam has been received

and they asked me last month to pay for permanent resident, so are they now in background check?

Hey Yaya,

It sounds like you're really close. I'd imagine they're doing the final background checks and getting ready to issue you a visa. It's my understanding that once they ask for PR, that indicates your approval (they wouldn't ask you to pay up, then turn around and deny you, and have to issue a refund.). I included the PR payment when I sent my app, so I shouldn't be asked for anything, but at the same time, I won't have any hints as to what's going on, until I get the decision made and PR notice.

Not to rain on your parade, but we've been in this same situation since 21-Sep-10....still nothing. I hope your PPR comes soon though!!! Please let me know if it does!!! ;D

in my situation, the y already asked for my passport and its has been sent 2 months ago and still in process

My child's e-case became " not available" suddenly. But my own one shows my status / hasn't changed yet/. Does anybody know what can it be?
