I am now officially at 8 months since AOR. Surely they wouldn't let people's medicals expire!!! Does anyone know of a situation where the medical expired before the decision was made?

They sometimes extend or ask to redo medicals if it expires

Am 2 days short of hitting 8 months waiting. Have been interviewed twice - once on phone and once in person - but still no PPR yet. Currently BGC in process. Looking for suggestions on what to do next ?

Hello fellow applicants,

Just wanted to say that I received the PPR on: 03/11/2017 :)))

Thank you all so much for all the help I received, I am extremely grateful and really wish all of you receive the much hoped-for PPR letter. I know the wait is terrible and sometimes it does feel hopeless (I started the PNP application on 15/11/2015 and received a RFE letter along the way :( and several requests for additional documents). But, after two patient years, the wait paid off!!! Now onwards to travel preparations!

My sincere best wishes to all of you! ;)

Some of my info for helpful reference (only express entry, not PNP):

Applicant Stream: PNP-Outland
e-APR AOR Date: 04/03/2017
Medicals Passed: 09/06/2017
Visa Office: Manila
PPR Date: 03/11/2017

Congratulations!!! It's so good to see some progress in this past week with people getting their PPRs. Hopefully this means that the rest of us are also moving along and up the line. I still believe CIC will do everything to prevent people's medicals from expiring as you need to enter the country before then and they also need to give you reasonable time for the move so I think we should all have some news within the next 4 weeks or so.

Hi,
I am CEC Feb 01 2017 applicant. My eligibility is still "Recommended Pass". Medical and Criminality both "Passed" and Security "Not Started".
My Medical is expiring in first week of January.
Does anybody know when do i need to take the medical exam again ? I mean do they ask me to do it again ? or they will automatically extend ?

One more thing,
What could be the reason behind my application for not having any process since april month. I have ordered 2 GCMS notes and there is no progress since april. Even my Security is still "Not Started". I am at NA2 since 9 months. Back -Ground is still "Not Applicable".

Your Answer will be really appreciated.
Thanks.
