Hi, many members have stayed in SAFEHOMESTAY, and found it good. I myself have plans to stay there.

Well, within two weeks duration, you can only receive your SIN card and open your bank. But for receiving the PR card, you will have to stay minimum 6 weeks and getting the MEDICAL card , 3 months.

Can i use Safehomestay address as mailing address while in the POE.

If I issue a seperate passport for my child based on CHC London request via PPR email, is there any updated document needs to be submitted with the passports even if not requested. if i remember, one of the application form that was submitted earlier includes the information about children including passport number ( for my child, it was my wife's passport ). i just wanna make sure Visa Office will not come back again requesting updating documents. please advice. Search the forum but cant find complete details on Taxes on foriegn properties. I have some properties in pakistan and dubai. Do they tax me for thoes properties? Is it good idea to declare thoes properties?

If i dont declare it how could i bring the money in canada after selling them in future. If i do then why i pay tax on it as i did not earn that money in canada.

This is to update you that my e-case status has changed into IN PROCESS today ! Inside information is same RBVO/Pending review ! Glad to see some change in e case after 13 months waiting !

I am sorry i will not be able to attend get togather on 08th April 2011 as i am in Pakistan and my NIKAH (registered marriage) is sheduled on 9th April 2011.

Certainly i am gonna miss this get togather as last meeting was simply superb !
