Transfer to LHC on 13/04/2010
In process 10/04/2012
Medical recieved in 09/2012
med done 18/10/2012
Till now no PPR
Recieved mail that "back ground check outstanding ,document review pending" I do not understand this explanation. Asked my agent ,says it means wait ,he can not do any thing.
Can any one please guide me what does it mean and when i will recieve PPR aprox?

Please clear one confusion,
After Visa stamp we need to stay 3 years out of 4 to apply for Canadian passport, BUT these 3 years will count from date of visa stamp or from date of landing ?

Is it 4 years or 5 years?

As long as u remain here for 2-yrs in a 5-yrs period u can "renew" ur PR status. However, for citizenship u'd need to have 3-yrs Canadian residence in last 4-yrs to apply.

i went through premiers and i got my visa in 11 months, but i feel i dont need them because of them i almost lost my 3 months. they send my application after 1 month of submiting documents and which i got back once beacuse of some typing error. even when i received my PPR they inform me after 2 weeks. and explanation they gave me thats there procedure they have to wait from accounts approval before informing client. be careful before choosing consultant or check do you really need the consultant, many people go through without the consultant. best of luck

What shall I understand with this change of status, PPs were submitted 27 days before,
on 16th Jan. 2013.

What shall I understand by above statement.
