Fixed Deposit/ Saving accounts is not considered as POF....?

This refers to your application for admission to Canada. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS AS GIVEN.

Please be informed that you application is ready for visa issuance. The medicals are valid till 31-12-2010. You are requested to comply with the below instructions only if you and family are able to travel Canada within in the MEDICAL Validity date; otherwise inform our office accordingly.

You are advised to print, write your file number, insert date and completely fill in the enclosed form [PHEP] and submit with the following:

- Right of Permanent Resident Fee (RPRF) for you and your spouse

- Proof of transferable funds, in your name, in the form of original updated Bank Statement [Transaction Report 3-6 months] equivalent to CAD$23,364 from your bank showing that you have sufficient liquid funds, unencumbered by any debts or obligations.

Note: Bank Certificates / Letters, Joint Bank Account Statements (where co-holder is other than your spouse) or Bank Statement if it is in the name of the Company/Business, Bank Drafts, Saving/Investment documents, Fixed Deposits and Property Evaluation certificates are not accepted as proof of funds.

U should inform that to ur IO and request for a 'waiver'.

Thank you so much for your reply. Is there a format or sample of a waiver letter in which I can use to inform my VO about the PCC waiver? If my lawyer doesnt cooperate in writing a letter, will my waiver request be enough? Please assist me in the format, Im afraid I cant put my request into words. Please let me know. Many thanks

2. It should be just an email, stating the problem, and submitting a/ny proof of ur claim, if u have any. And ask a 'waiver'.

Me and my wife opened two different FSW files and in each, one of us is primary applicant and the other is spouse. The file in which I'm the primary applicant is in process and the file in which my wife is primary applicant is medical done. My question is can both file process to get visa and each of us be a primary applicant ?

hay thanks, as per I know if in ecas medical results recived msg is a good sign, means u passed the medical and IO rcvd it, the next step is PPR, its depend how much u traveled , 3 to 4 months max u should expect ur PPR means after ur security cheaks are over, but blv me soon ur PPR on the way ...

Then any/many a/cs or financial products [either urs or held jointly, or singularly, by any one or more of ur dependents, who r part of ur apps] r permitted. This includes, Stocks, Shares, Bonds & Debentures, PF a/cs, Term Deposits, Recurring a/cs, Savings or Current a/cs etc.

Yes, why not?
Even I had most of my funds in long term products [including Mashreq Mil. Certs. & National Bonds, besides others in my hometown] till I was about to fly.
