My husband is protected person in Canada, i am not with him there, we got an email regarding my DR2 Piot application, I am confused, If I have to make IRCC secure account to upload all documents they ask for?

Typically, the primary applicant includes dependents abroad in their own application and acts on their behalf. If you wish for your husband to represent you and manage all correspondence with IRCC, he can do so using his existing application account; a separate one for you is not required.
