I noticed that for work experience, you get the most point for "three or more" years of work experience over the last 10 years. I have two easy questions to ask:

1. Does the work experience have to be continuous over three years?

2. How does one show proof of that work (I would be coming from the US)?

Thanks!

1 - No. For eligibility purposes under the FSW program you only need a single year of continuous full-time work experience.

2 - A reference letter following IRCC's guidelines is mandatory. Anything else you can provide (pay stubs, offer letter, tax returns) is an added plus.
