Dependent section in IMM0008

Hi,

My common-law partner is now sponsoring me to apply for PR inside of Canada and we have no kids which makes it easier, but I'm just a bit confused about the Dependents section in IMM0008.

It says: You must provide the following details about each of your family members, whether they will be accompanying you to Canada or not

Does My family members who are not in Canada need to be included in the dependent section? (I already filled out the Additional family information)

Family refers to spouses and children. Your spouse is your sponsor, and you do not have kids, so therefore you do not have any dependents to be included in that section.
