hello
i applied for Quebec skilled immigration program in april from Karachi Pakistan.coincidentally i was about to turn 36 in April whereas the age limit for applicant is 35.anyways the courier company notified my with receipt that my application was received at BIQ Hong Kong 4 days before i turn 36.but after almost 4 months in august i received a notification from BIQ Hong Kong with acknowledgement of my application with a reference/case number telling me that now my application is in que for review.
now a very obvious and crucial question arises that in august i have obviously crossed my age limit of 35 but according to courier receipt they got my application before i turned 36.so what are of my acceptance?

CIO is very strict about awarding points to applicants for relatives in canada. so Birth certificate of your uncle is mandatory.
besides BC you must provide:
• Record of Landing (IMM 1000) or
• Confirmation of Permanent Residence,
or • Permanent Resident Card.
• photo page of a Canadian passport,or Canadian citizenship card (if he is canadian citizen)
in addition, you also need to submit docs as a Proof of his residency in CANADA:
Provide evidence your listed relative physically resides in Canada. This may include copies of(any 3):
• lease agreements,
• the most recent Notice of Assessment from the Canada Revenue Agency,
• an employer's letter confirming employment, • monthly bills, etc., (one page of each bill is sufficient),
• credit card invoices and bank statements. Note: The evidence should show the relative's name and full address in Canada and must be less than six (6) months old from the date of your application submission.
