Ops, and can I know which office is that ?
I don't know if aome office or Provinces are faster than others!

Mine is Mississauga. I believe it's the slowest office, but that's a subjective opinion

From my observations, about 90% of people get oath invitation between 1 day and 3-4 weeks after DM. Once you pass 1 month without any update, then you are in the bottom 10%, and it can be an indefinite wait. So far, I have seen people waiting since December. I think Ottawa is the slowest office and Mississauga maybe #2. Montreal and London also seem to be quite slow, maybe tied at 3rd slowest?

As for me, I've passed more than a month and a half since DM and I'm Niagara Falls, which was relatively fast earlier this year but seems to have slowed down. However, it seems that the vast majority of people processed by Niagara Falls do get oath invitation in time (within a month after DM) and I'm a rare bad case (which makes me worry that they are secretly finding something wrong with my application). However, it seems that some files processed by Niagara Falls got transferred elsewhere (one applicant got oath invite from Saskatoon, SK), although it's more common for files from other slow offices such as Ottawa and London to be transferred to Niagara Falls. (I myself live in Ottawa, so I wonder if maybe Niagara Falls sent my file back to Ottawa to languish?)

Thank you for this detailed observation
I have a question, if my address in Mississauga but my file was processed by London office. The Oath invitation will be my London office or they will transfer it back to Mississauga?

I'd say it's likely that London will send your oath invitation, but London is actually one of the offices that often sends files to Niagara Falls at various stages. I'd guess 65% chance your oath invite will come from London, 25% from Niagara Falls, 8% from Mississauga, and 2% from a random other office

Also note that even the time from oath invite to oath can vary between a couple days and 2 months! We literally are on-call since test, like prisoners on parole with geographic restrictions and with no idea when we'll have our next parole hearing to release us permanently.

I agree! Keep in mind you can get the email notification one week or one day before the Oath!

That too! So we also need to contact them if we are within 2-3 days of oath and no email.

Note also that you can email your office (reply to the email address that sent your test invite) to ask for your oath date. That has gotten oath invite within a day for most people who have tried (everyone for Scarborough office and I think everyone in Niagara Falls except myself!!)

LOL, that's a great way to put it. I'm gonna hit the 2-month mark since DM right after the long week end and there's no light at the end of the tunnel.

But not Mississauga. They live on that crazy Interstellar planet where 1 hour is like 7 years...9 months between test and DM, now more than 2 months after DM and no oath date yet..
They probably still think it's 2020 there and they're doing amazing processing all these applications.

The 1 Million Dollar question, is this delay randomly? Or they send some files for second review after DM ? Or they forgot us !

Totally random. I called them twice and they said nothing is wrong with my file and that it's just a matter of waiting for the oath invite. Everything else has been completed and decision made
