Hi Aman, i also received CIIP letter on 23/01/2014 but after that my Ecas status changed to DM. i think they had send emails in bulk to all.

Hello amanpreet77,

One of my friend got his stamped passport last month but still he is receiving ciip letter. I think there is no relation in application procedure with ciip. But after medical they will send us email to attend the programme. the programme is funded by CIC ministry, so higher the participant higher the revenue for ciip....isn't it??
