Hi All,

I got the VISA tamp on my passport, 25th March 2014


but below is my current scenario, and need advise from all of you , please help........................

I am the principal applicant, me and my family are planning to travel in the month of July. My husband will stay back, and find for a job, me and my daughter are planning to come back in 15 days time.
>My question is will 15 days enough to finish all the initial formalities ?
>Is it mandatory for the Principal applicant to be available to receive the PR Cards?

i got my and my family passports with COPR yesterday from my consultant. it was recieved on 31march 2013. decision was made on 24 march but there are two stamps first was stamped on 21march and NDVO cancelled it and on other page the second stamp on 27 march
i,m very happy.
hope all the forum member will have their PR visas sooooooooon

Hi,

For all those who have already flown from India. Please advice me if while taking flight from India, does any body ask for Income Tax return formalities to be completed before leaving India? I remember long back at Ahmedabad airport we were stopped and asked to wait until nth moment to board a flight to Canada as I did not have a IT return filled though I was just a student but over 18 yrs of age...

Is this still an issue?

Also, do the security guys not allow us to take any eatables during flight like say bread jam, paratha etc? My daughter is 4 and she may not be really on for the flight meals, so i was thinking of carrying some cooked stuff for the flight duration...

Please advice.

congrats mate for decision made. you will receive your passports in 3-7days time.
my self also received passports with COPR landing papers.
decision was made on 24 march 2014.First they issued visa sticker on 21 march and cancelled it but then issued second visa sticker on 27 march on our passports.my consultant received our passports on 31 march 2014.
