My advisor told my boss that she was going on vacation on Friday and she wanted to finish all her files before, so if she is the one that has to prepare and send the email, either for refusal or approval, I'm afraid I'm not gonna get it till she comes back.

Got the email with the nomination today! I have to apply paper base for the residency, that's the only issue but I also got the work permit letter to extend it. Thanks! Happy new year

Similar here. My status changed to decision finalized on Dec. 20th and still no email.
It took almost no time for me. I applied on Dec 19th, got the call that same day after I submitted the application. They interviewed me a bit and then talked with my boss. They requested some more info and my boss sent it that same day after the call. Next day by morning my status was already changed. I don't know if that's a good or a bad sign tho. Everything went super fast and with the holidays I don't know if I will get the email before the year ends...
My NOC is 5241, BTW.

I applied yesterday for the BC PNP Skills Immigration – Health Care Professional category- I have just checked my status, it says Decision Finalized. This seems very quick, when your application changed to Decision Finalized, did you get approved?

Yes, I got the email with the confirmation a week later or so, but it was Christmas so you will probably get it earlier.
