Even I was thinking the same. I had applied under 2174 and december 9 applicant but no response on MR yet. Hopefully by next week we should have some clarity.

Not at all... Only CIC know how they are doing, plus or minus two weeks is normal I guess.
there is a proverb in Tamil "arandavan kannukku irundathellam pei". the meaning is "For someone who is terrified, all dark will be a ghost". I think here that theory fits perfectly.

Frankly speaking you can get PPR mail in 2-3 weeks after medical result uploaded BUT You can't take it as granted as some people get PPR after 2-3 month from MR upload

First of all, cool. Don't get panic. Why should you get worried. Call from private no is not necessarily to be from CIC. Even if it is from CIC, it doesn't matter. They know the fact that some time we can't pick up the call. Many people from december still waiting for PR. So you are not alone and if CIC wants some clarification they'll call you again or email you. They wont reject because you didn't answer the call.
