Status updated on ECAS on 6th June 2014
Looks like we December applicants are having hard time in getting the updates from CIC. I have raised GCMS notes on June 26th but haven't received it till now. Today morning I have sent an email to ATIP-AIPRP @ cic.gc.ca asking them to check the status of my GCMS notes.

Hopefully I will hear something back from them.

Almost same timeline, and sent passport a little late than you, and going to land in local office, which would take a long waiting time.

Congrats Bommas! :)

In FlagPole process, Do they put any reject stamp or anything similar on passport for refusal of entry in case of not having proper US Visa?

They shouldn't do, it's known as an 'Administrative Refusal' and doesn't get recorded as a true refusal. I've done it before and had no problems going into the US on later occasions.

please confirm my understanding that i and my spouse does not need to have a US visa for completing the landing formalities. we can simply walk (i dont have a car) on rainbow bridge and come back with admin refusal?

Yup... As per information provided in multiple forums my understanding is: they will issue a letter that you are refused to enter in US due to administrative reason (no side effects for future travel as clarified above :) ). You will go back and provide this letter to Canada officer and all set.

Members, Please correct if i am missing anything here.
