Hi Toby,

I am planning to send original PCC and T4 for year 2013 to Ottawa. Should we include the Notice of Assessment (for tax filing) along with this?

Thanks.
If you already have the NOA then yes, you may include it.

Hi,

I received AOR on February 4th but I haven't been able to log into ECAS. I get the following error "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons". Could anyone please tell me if that is normal that ECAS hasn't been updated yet? I appreciate your help! Thanks!

I would recommned calling CIC and getting a clarification. This happened to one of my friend and once he called he got to know that his First and Last names together were interpreted as Last name...

Hello

I got my Notice of Assessment (NOA) and T4 slip as well for the year of 2013. Do I need to mail these to immigration? Can I send as an email attachment? If yes, what is the email address I should send? Thanks in advance!

Hi friends

I have 2 years of work experience in Canada.. I have been deputed to canada by my company.. Now I m in same company in India.. I have applied for PR.. i have submitted the documents and received AOR on february 6th 2014..Is it right approach that I can prepare the documents and forward it to CIC Canada.. Because I have read somewhere that if we are outside Canada, we should submit the documents in our home country..

Can anyone suggest me whether my approach is right or wrong..

Actually you have to choose a Visa office :
- your country of nationality, or
- the country in which you are residing, provided that you have been lawfully admitted to that country for at least one (1) year.

Since you already left Canada, you will have to choose visa office in India.

You will Send all your documents to:

1) Regular Postal:

2) Courier /FedEx/UPS:

Hi there,
can anyone tell me how should I know to which visa office my file was transferred? I've sent my application to Sydney (I am in Canada), and when I received AOR email, it was written "Your application will be forwarded to a visa office for further processing. Any future correspondence should be sent to the visa office as indicated on your application". But where? to Ottawa? How can I know?

Thanks!

Regardless if it is within Canada or outside canada. The site says 13 months based on the completed application.

[/quote] on behalf of me my friend who is in Canada filled all the applications.. I verified with him.. He told that Ottawa address for next level processing for CEC applications and indian office should be selected only if we apply under FSW..I am confused which one is right..
