Have you called midi?
I called today and she told me its still in progress(en traitement).
For me.
I applied on Nov 25th 2019
Received verification of payment/ file no. letter on Jan 3rd
Still no news. Told its still on process.
Now I hear the news about peq change... if I get rejected somehow and if I want re apply, I can only do with the new rules, right?
Timeline for me:
Applied end of November 2019
Verification of payment - 7th Jan
CSQ approved - beginning of May (I have called many times to get some updates)
CSQ delivered at home - 20th of May

I did my school in English and I applied peq with French certification from Concordia. They were talking about the change and I applied anyway as I felt I will have time to prepare for tefaq while my file is applied under pre-november requirements. Assuming I will do the interview and preparing for the worst(failing the interview), I was to take the exam in April where it got canceled due to covid-19. I was just thinking about the worst scenario.

Your time-line is very similar to mine except I'm still on hold.

Calling midi to check updates many times won't effect the outcome?

Unfortunately calling them doesn't impact the outcome, they really have no control over process and the timeline..
Did you get csq straightaway or interview?Did anybody else get the good news? I called midi and its still at en traitement...
