My timeline does not apply to you, because I was processed half in Vienna, half in Ottawa. You can check Ottawa spreadsheet to see how long it usually takes.

So... ECAS changed to 'In Process' approximately 6 weeks ago. I am starting to worry, even though I don't see how anything can be wrong with our application at this point. I am aware that everyone's timelines are case-specific and that the trends we see are averages of what people post... Just curious as to if anyone else waited longer than 6 weeks on a decision to be made on their application (or heard of it taking that long for others)?

Not that I've heard of. Maybe you can request GCSM Notes or ask your MP to find out for you from CPC-O.

Have you called customer service to see if maybe they would be able to tell you anything?
