I need assistance identifying the appropriate NOC code. I previously worked as a chargeback analyst in my home country and am unsure which code best applies for foreign work experience. I am confused between 63102 and 11109. My job duties included:
1. Analyze and validate transactional disputes by verifying information against VISA/Mastercard Operating Regulations and federal/state requirements.
2. Evaluate and resolve complex cases, including chargebacks / representations/ pre-arbitration, to recover funds in fraud or collection scenarios.
3. Perform financial adjustments on cardholder accounts to support the resolution of compliance and chargeback cases.
4. Research and resolve credit disputes involving cardholders, merchants, and other financial institutions.
5. Monitor and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations during the billing error resolution process.
6. Provide expert responses to inquiries from financial institutions and merchants regarding credit dispute regulations.
7. Investigate and resolve non-posted items, retrieval projects, and authorization chargebacks.
8. Maintain and update VISA/ Mastercard exception files for collection-status accounts where chargeback recourse exists.
9. Assess "Good Faith" collection items from financial institutions to determine if recovery is possible under internal policy and industry regulations.
10. Communicate recovery positions to external financial institutions and prepare formal collection assistance letters.
11. Identify and documenting day-to-day challenges and escalating to management for process improvement.
12. Manage and resolve escalated cases, working with cross-functional teams to ensure high-priority disputes are settled.
