normaly people on some other french immigration blog got there passport request withen 2 months after medical so i hope we will get it soon

I do not think It is Buffalo. I have been waiting 4 months. Thanks anyway.

I got the Medical from CPP-Ottawa. However, my file now is still in Buffalo.

After med the last 2 things they do is background chek and the fianl review of app PC from some countries takes time more then european countries whish u best of luck

I have applied to Buffalo the end of November, money order was cashed on Feb 10. I emailed buffalo they replied my file was transferred to Ottawa. I have been able to access ecas for two weeks but still haven't received anything from Ottawa. I emailed them but they didn't reply.

Also, on my ecas it only shows application received, no date, no file number whatsoever...so i am kind of confused now....should i be expecting something? I am using gmail, nothing in my spam or inbox...

NO, not yet....i am able to access ecas for more than 2 weeks now.
