Seems as though Case Processing Pilot-Ottawa is now Case Processing Centre-Ottawa. Anyone else noticed this??

Yes, and it looks like they have new email address now: CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca

Seems as though that email ID is for correspondence with applicants in Canada and the US. So I'm guessing if you applied from another country, you will have to use the old email ID?? Any ideas anyone??

Yes, just got an email from CPC-CTD-Ottawa (instead of OttPilot...). At first, I thought it was a scam email not until i read it that I noticed that it is legit.

It reads better

What does CTD stand for?

CTD is the French-equivalent of the CPC.

Maybe because CIC closed its NY offices, and the functions were assumed by the Ottawa Office, making it "bigger" from an organizational perspective.
