I emailed CPC-Ottawa regarding this on Sunday and about and hour ago they replied indicating they returned my passport today. The tracker hasn't yet been activated, but they also said allow for a delay of "at least" (dunno why) 2 business days.

Did you use webform or directly sent an email to CPC ottawa? what is their email address?

Really, that means we can do flagpoling now? Correct me if I am wrong.
I guess this exemption is for those who got their PPR and COPR approval on or before 18 March.

I got approved on Mar 13 so my interpretation is that I'm covered (wishful thinking?)
Even if this is doable, not sure if this would trigger a mandatory 14-day quarantine and if it's worth it though...
