Somehow the tracking numbers never worked, I always got “no records found” when I tried to track. Also, we paid for SMS notifications but never received them and also updates for all three family members with different email addresses were sent to only one id.

how long after FedEx delivered your documents did NY VAC send you a tracking number? Mine was received on 14th April and I still haven't received any tracking number :/

I have sent it via VFS, did not post it to VAC , timeline wise it took a 2 weeks to get the Tracking number

mine is with IRCC since 18th April. I applied through NY VAC too.

I am, was at IRCC earlier that week, still no progress. Guess the Easter break really disrupted things.

me too! Passport delivered to VAC April 18, no update yet.

I guess they process and send back passports in one batch. If anything we'll probably get ours all at the same time

Mine was delivered on Apr 13, today they updated saying it'll be processed today EOD. will keep everyone posted.
