Sure @wick_sran. If you can share, what does your CIC profile shows now - approved OR in progress? What happened to the counterfoil - they would have gotten away by any chance?
Profile still shows approved but counterfoil section says expired. Everything is at halt until local visa office resumes.

As far as I know hospital send the result immediately.During 1st medicals ,within a month and a half our medicals were updated on the profile.
Later on trend settled at three weeks. But, re-medicals are assessed much early like within a week or two. One can quote timeline from applications taking longer than a year. Let's hope they process them sooner.

I don't understand why somebody is so sure that we will not have to redo our medicals. Some of us will have to do that! Please, don't be mislead with a false feeling of peace and be prepared to retake medicals.
I have just been requested to go through medical examinations. I wrote directly yo my VO (Warsaw) and informed them that I am ready to travel. They answered within 4 hours (! can you imagine that?). They reopened my file and now it is showing In progress.
How can I post a picture here? The "Insert Image" function requires some URL.
Anyways, I don't complain, I am ready to do medicals and whatever they require me to do as long as it allows me arrive to Canada by September.
FYI: Visa and med expired in April.
Did you raise the web form as well for your ability to travel OR just emailed your VO?

All the best for your re-medicals, hope everything is done smoothly and on time. Good luck!

Thank you. I did both: raised a web-form (as per the guidelines) and wrote to VO (as per their letter saying "write here as soon as you are ready").
Just called to the Clinic. They are not accepting appointments. Don't know why I was given only 30 days. I informed the VO about that. Will wait for the answer.
Will update you all.

Some people are mentioning expired COPR applicants, IRCC asking medical again while others are saying some have got automatic extensions??!! , I think it depends on visa category based on first medical examination , if you are in IM1 or 3 you are exempt , but going by the fluid situation anything is possible !!!
It will be waste of time and money doing medicals again, in fact high risk of catching Covid 19 !!!

Actually what's funny here is that it's the visa office who is misleading you. If you already passed medicals with M1 or M3 then you don't have to redo the exam. If you are asked to undergo the exams again write them back and quote IRCC instructions to visa offices. Visas and COPRs are being extended by 3-6 months granted you passed with M1 or M3. If you decide to redo exam regardless then that's your decision but just that you know you are being treated differently and the VO is making a mistake here.

Hello everyone. I have landed successfully yesterday morning at Toronto airport. They have not done any screening at the airport. Everything was fine so you don't need to worry. Just a few questioning during immigration( maybe because i have already filled all the details at ArriveCan app). They don't even ask me about my quarantine plan( but they were asking others). Thank you everyone for your support. Good luck to all. Hope you all land soon.

The part which earlier mentioned about medicals has been removed from their page.

As per the latest instructions, "a re-opened application may be re-approved provided that the applicant and their family members, whether accompanying or not, have valid immigration medical examinations, criminal and security checks and passports. "
It doesn't mentioned M1 and M3 or anything.

They have just answered me that current 30 days rule does not apply at the moment and I can take my exam when it is safe. I read about 90 days regarding med and biometrics, just wanted to confirm with the VO.

But afterwords that instructions were removed from the website mentioning categorical extension of M1 and M3 visas. Are you sure its still in practice.Anyways if they have asked him to do how can he question them.VO and Ircc are in alignment right?Would it be right to tell them what instructions are given by ircc? Though point is valid that remedical is waste of time money and poses risk too.Why they shud ask for it!

VO and Ircc are in alignment right?
The Request for Medical arrived to my account, so consequently IRCC have the tools to monitor what is being sent to the applicants. Anyways, I am totally fine with that. All I want is just to write here one day: Hey guys, want to share with you my landing experience.

Hi all
Thought I'd share my landing experience here in case it helps anyone with their queries. I was a temporary resident in Melbourne, Australia and traveled from there to Montreal with Qatar Airways transiting via Doha roughly 10 days ago. Had a separate booking with Air Canada for Montreal to Vancouver with three hours layover in Montreal. Had no issues getting on board in Melbourne and Doha and landed in Montreal alright. The immigration/landing process at the Montreal airport was slower than I expected and for some reason, people landing with COPRs were called after everyone else. That gave me a massive scare as I had a connecting flight. I told the same to the admin officer there but he didn't allow me to jump ahead and asked me to wait. The immigration officer was quite alright and asked for the basic details without demanding any proofs and I spent roughly 5 min at the counter. After that, I collected my checked-in bags (two of the last ones on the belt) and ran to the Air Canada check-in counter. With Air Canada, you can opt for the lowest fare when you book and pay for the baggage on the airport at a decent rate ($90 CAD for two bags 23kg - It's the same if you book when doing a web check-in). Had no issues at Vancouver airport as I collected my bags and walked straight out without even needing to interact with anyone as I was arriving on a domestic flight. Free wifi at all three airports helped a lot. Booked an Uber to my Airbnb and am now waiting for the self-isolation to end so that I can get on with the process of opening a bank account, getting a SIN (needs address proof to apply online) and looking for new place to stay. Also, for those arriving in Vancouver (only), there's a decent Indian food meal delivery service (https://www.yogiskitchen.ca/) that'll get you through the isolation period and if you wish to opt for it, let me know as I can get you a referral discount when you sign up.
No thermal screening for the Qatar Airways flights for me but there was a temperature check before boarding Air Canada flight. I had explored a scenario where if I miss my connecting flight, would I be able to stay overnight in Montreal? The answer that I got before my travel from an officer at Public Health Agency Canada was that yes I can, but I might have to book a room in a hotel (I don't think that would have been the case though as things were quite normal at the airport with travelers everywhere around the gates). Fortunately, that didn't occur but I wrote it here as it might assure people who might want to transit through Montreal but are afraid to do so.
Thanks to all the members for helping me through the process and all the best!

PS - I am looking for work in software development so if you know anyone who might be able to help, please send me a message. Cheers!
Thanks for sharing. I plan to travel in August although my initial stop was Toronto but when they said we have to self isolate for 14days, I decided to go to my sisters apartment in Edmonton since she has a Basement where i can self isolate. So I intend taking a connecting flight to Edmonton when i arrive Toronto. My fear is what if immigration clearance delays me and i miss my connecting flight. Please I want to know how many hours your clearance took and how many hours apart did you calculate from landing Montreal to boarding your connecting flight to Vancouver. Thank you

I am not sure whether or not they have stopped sending PPR emails. I received the passport request in early March and due to COVID-19 the processing of visa stamping and copr issuance got delayed.
Same with me. Got ppr early march but due to covid, vacs are close and cant submit my passport so i dont know if i am affected with the travel restrictions. When ur medical will expire?
