Confused with dates etc

Hi all,

I've been trying to work out the time lines for getting PR. I've read a number of threads on here but I have no idea which applies to me as I'm not sure which date are what. I got an email saying on May 31st my application is considered complete and that was from the Intake office of Sydney NS.

I'm guessing I read the thread for May and Nova Scotia?

Last week I got asked for my medical, which I did straight the way.
